Buttery Vanilla Coffee Creamer Recipe

Ingredients
8 oz sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk (of choice)
2 tsp Happy Home Butter Vanilla Flavor
Directions
Mix all ingredients well in a pint jar.
Add amount desired "to taste" to brewed coffee. This is delicious with cold brewed coffee, as well.
Keeps up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
